Cascade constructs pattern tooling of various types of wood, plastic,urethane and foam along with fully machined aluminum, iron, steeland brass materials. In short, we build all styles of quality patternsand models servicing the foundry and plastics industries
Cascade's sizable workforce and spacious manufacturing facilities coupled with our state-of-art CNC machinery and software give us the necessary edge to meet customers' demanding lead times.
Our pattern building expertise ranges from large carpenter style construction for large floor molding applications to hand carved artistic patterns for decorative applications to CNC precision tools for those customers who require a demanding tolerance.
We build pattern tooling for conventional molding processes such as bench cores and floor molding along with all automated foundry molding and core making equipment.
